Support Groups
Groups and exercise programs are available to
support and educate people and their families who are living
with a neurological condition. This is a time to meet and talk
with others who have shared the same experiences. Other support
groups and programs are geared towards exercise and recreational
activities. All support groups and programs are led by
knowledgeable professionals. Please feel free to call the

Brain Injury
- A support group for people who
have survived brain injury, their families, friends and

Epilepsy
(adults) - A support group for any adult with
epilepsy, family member, friend or other interested persons.

Multiple
Sclerosis Aquatic Exercise Program - This class is
for people with MS. Participants focus on stretching, joint
range of motion, muscle strengthening and balance and
coordination. It is a joint effort by OSF Saint Francis Medical
Center and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Please call

Spinal
Cord Injury - A support group for spinal cord injury
patients and their family members. For more information call

Spinal
Cord Injury Exercise Program - A place for exercise
for persons following a spinal cord injury. Participants
improve endurance, range of motion, strength and enjoy
recreational activities. For more information please call Carol
